This basic but yummy Cupcake recipe will have everyone licking their lips and wanting more than just one this Mothers day.

Baked in our pretty than ever Robert Gordon Baking Cups, what more could any special Mum need this Mothers Day.



Basic Cupcake recipe:
200g Softened butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Caster Sugar
3 Eggs
2 1/2 Cup Self-Raising Flour Sifted
1/2 Cup of Milk

Pre heat oven to 170c

Beat all ingredients using an electric beater and add one egg at time.

Pour into Baking Cups (1/2 Fill the Baking Cups)

Bake for 15 Mins

Cool on a Cake cooling tray and decorate with your fav icing or just simply sprinkle with Icing Sugar.
